WHAT
IS MY LOGIN INFORMATION?
You selected
your username and password during initial account setup, and
we also emailed them to you shortly after. If you cannot remember
them, get a reminder here.
I
JUST PURCHASED - HOW DO I SETUP THE VPN IP CHANGER?
If you have
just registered, it usually takes us about 1-2 hours to setup
your account. We will send you an email with instructions when
the account is ready.
I
CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT, WHY?
Multiple simultaneous
logins will cause an account to be temporarily frozen. So be
sure not to share your login information with anyone.
Also, please
be aware that your username and password are case-sensitive.
THE
PROGRAM IS NOT CHANGING MY IP ADDRESS?
Most likely
you are not connected to the VPN. Please review the connection
instructions.
HOW
DO I CHANGE BACK TO MY REGULAR IP ADDRESS?
Right-click
the VPN connection (computer icon) in your system tray and click
'Disconnect'. The 'system tray' is located in the lower right
area of your screen.
Some versions
of Windows might be slightly different, so also check these
instructions.
