VPN IP CHANGER - QUICKSTART SETUP

After downloading, simply doubleclick the file to connect
OR disconnect.

Windows Vista Manual Setup
1. Go to your START menu -> then click 'Control Panel'
2. Click 'Network and Sharing Center'
3. Click 'Set up a connection or network'
4. Click 'Connect to a workplace', then 'Next'
5. Click 'Create a new connection', then 'Next'
6. Click 'Use my Internet connection (VPN)'
7. For 'Internet Address', enter one of these:
- If you purchased a US IP address, enter: us.myipchanger.com
- If you purchased a UK IP address, enter: uk.myipchanger.com
8. For 'Destination name', enter a nickname like 'iPrivacyTools
VPN'
9. Click 'Don't connect now', then 'Next'
10. Enter your username and password (case sensitive). Ignore
the 'Domain' field.
11. Click 'Create', then 'Close'.
12. Close the 'Network and Sharing Center'
To connect to the VPN in Vista:
- Go to your START menu -> click 'Connect To'
- Select 'iPrivacyTools' (or your chosen nickname) and
click 'Connect'
- Enter your password (case sensitive). Ignore the domain.
To disconnect from the VPN in Vista:
- Go to your START menu -> click 'Connect To'
- Select the 'iPrivacyTools' connection and click 'Disconnect'

Windows XP Manual Setup
1) Go to your START
menu -> click 'Connect to' -> 'Show all connections'
2) Click 'Create a new connection', then 'Next'
3) Select 'Connect to the network at my workplace' (or any
option that mentions 'VPN'), then click 'Next'
4) Select 'Virtual Private Network connection', then click
'Next'
5) Enter a nickname for the connection, like 'iPrivacyTools'
6) Select 'Do not dial the initial connection', then click
'Next'
7) For 'Host name or IP address', enter one of the following:
- If you purchased a US IP address, enter: us.myipchanger.com
- If you purchased a UK IP address, enter: uk.myipchanger.com
- Then click 'Next'
8) OPTIONAL: For easy access, check 'Add a shortcut'
9) Click 'Finish'
To connect to the VPN in Windows XP:
- If you created a Shortcut, click the Shortcut on your
Desktop, then click 'Connect'
or...
- Go to your START menu -> click 'Connect to'
- Select the 'iPrivacyTools' connection, then 'Connect'
- Enter your password (case sensitive). Ignore the domain.
To disconnect from the VPN in Windows XP:
- Click the Shortcut on your Desktop, then 'Disconnect'
or...
- Go to your START menu -> click 'Connect to'
- Select the 'iPrivacyTools' VPN connection, then 'Disconnect'
- Enter your password (case sensitive). Ignore the domain.
or...
- Right-click the connection icon in your system tray and
select 'Disconnect'. The 'system tray' is the area in the
lower-right corner of your screen (near the clock).

Windows 2000 Manual Setup
1) Go to your START menu -> click 'Settings' -> 'Network
and dialup settings'
2) Select the option for 'Create a new connection', then
'Next'
3) Select 'Connect to the network at my workplace' or any
option that mentions 'VPN'. Then click 'Next'
4) Select 'Virtual Private Network connection', then 'Next'
5) Name the connection something like 'iPrivacyTools', or
any nickname.
6) Select 'Do not dial the initial connection', then 'Next'
7) In the 'Host name or IP address' box, type one of the
following:
- If you purchased a US IP address, enter: us.myipchanger.com
- If you purchased a UK IP address, enter: uk.myipchanger.com
8) Click 'Next'
9) OPTIONAL: For easy access, check "Add a shortcut"
10) Click 'Finish'
To connect to the VPN in Windows 2000:
- If you created a Shortcut, click the Shortcut on your
Desktop, and then 'Connect'
or...
- Go to your START menu -> click 'Connect to'
- Select the 'iPrivacyTools' VPN connection, then click
'Connect'
- Enter your password (case sensitive). Ignore the domain.
To disconnect from the VPN in Windows 2000:
- Click the Shortcut on your Desktop, then 'Disconnect'
or...
- Go to your START menu -> click 'Connect to'
- Select the 'iPrivacyTools' VPN connection, then 'Disconnect'.
- Enter your password (case sensitive). Ignore the domain.
or...
- Right-click the connection icon in your system tray and
select 'Disconnect'. The 'system tray' is the area in the
lower-right corner of your screen (near the clock).
